Starplus has launched a new show named Anupama. The show Anupama is directed by Romesh Kalra under the Director’s Kut Productions.
Anupama serial on aired on 13th July 2020. It telecasts at a time slot of 9 in the evening. The show replaced Karan Grover and Dipika Kakar’s show Kahan Hum Kaha Tum.
The show is a remake of a Bengali serial titled Sreemoyee, which comes on the Star Jalsa channel. Under the same production house, there is a Marathi version of this serial Anupama named Aai Kuthe Kay Karte! It telecasts on the Star Pravah channel.
The storyline of this show is based on a Gujrati lady, whose name is Anupama. She is a devoted housewife who dedicated herself to her family, husband, and children but neither anyone appreciates her nor gives her any value.
She often gets humiliated by her husband, children, and mother-in-law for her simplicity.
